Preheat oven to 425°
3 green bell peppers cut in half
1 lb ground beef
3 c cooked white rice
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
(Last 3 ingredients season to your liking.)
Cut bell peppers in half length wise and take out the seeds. Brown the ground beef with seasonings and drain fat, once drained add cooked rice. Once combined fill the bell peppers with mixture and top with your left over spaghetti sauce (recipe on post from 12/17). Put enough water in your pan to fill 1/4 of it. Cover with foil and bake until peppers are soft.
