2tbs olive oil
1 onion diced
1 package sliced mushrooms rough chopped
3 tbs minced garlic
2 1/2c chicken
2c chicken drippings from last night's chicken
3/4c water
2 1/2c penne noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Half a package of spinach
On medium heat saute the onion and mushroom till onion starts to change color. Add minced garlic and chicken (mine was cooked from last night). Add in your drippings (or broth) and water, and pasta bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 20 min or until liquid is almost gone. Add in your spinach and cream of mushroom. Top with grated/shredded Parmesan cheese ☺️
